Of the Afternoon is a platform which aims to celebrate and inspire.
Launched in 2012, Of the Afternoon started out as a one-off printed publication before quickly expanding into a bi-annual print magazine which was distributed throughout 21 countries.
Since our inception, we’ve built a loyal and highly-engaged audience across our social media channels, as well as a consistently growing magazine readership. This resulted in partnerships with brands such as Squarespace, WeTransfer, Stocksy and Olympus, as well as international art fairs such as Paris Photo, Art Istanbul and Unseen Amsterdam.
There’s lots planned for Of the Afternoon’s future, including a range of published books as well as a series of events; always with the goal of sharing the very best of photography, art & visual culture in an accessible way.
